Our pieces are each made lovingly by hand and thus our inventory is available only on a first-come, first-serve basis. If the piece you desire is still available, there are several ways you can order. We currently sell by telephone, mail, or via nationwide Miniature Shows. Once we receive your order request, including your zip code, we will calculate shipping costs and provide you with a total. Payment is then due when your order is placed. Orders paid for with personal checks will be held 7-10 days to allow the check to clear your bank. Orders paid for with a money order, certified check or cashiers check will be shipped upon receipt of payment. In addition to PayPal we accept the following credit cards through PayPal: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. A Layaway Plan is also offered.

Layaway Plan:
A Layaway Plan is offered and assures that the pieces ordered will be taken off the sales display list and put aside upon a down payment (15%). Included besides the purchase price is a small carrying charge of 2%, also a $40 charge for shipping, handling and mailing insurance. Requested payments are subdivided into 12 monthly increments of the total cost.
Shipping Information:
All items are personally packed with extreme care and the most secure and professional materials. All items are required to be insured at the buyers expense to the full extent of the purchase price. Unless the buyer designates they prefer another transport carrier, all items are shipped domestically via UPS. International purchasers are advised as to U.S. custom documentations, but are themselves responsible for all required paperwork that may be required by their own country. Shipping to locations outside of the United States will vary greatly and are subject to import and duty taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Merchandise shipped to California addresses must pay SALES TAX.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Shipping charges are based upon the size and weight and zip code to which we ship.
